How will you help shape a vibrant future for our youth?
There are a variety of opportunities for anyone in our community to get involved with LaunchNW.

Community Members
Mentoring creates meaningful connections that positively impact mentees, mentors, and entire communities. Research shows that mentors can improve academic, social, and economic conditions for mentees, as well as help strengthen local workforce pipelines.
By being a consistent adult in a young person’s life, mentors can offer advice, share life experiences, and help students navigate challenges and prepare for the futures they envision for themselves.
If you are looking for a way to create positive change, All It Takes Is One can help you find the ideal place to do just that. Volunteering in your community and supporting causes you care about has been demonstrated to reduce stress and increase life satisfaction. Business, Community, & Cultural Organizations
It takes a village to support students along their journey — from birth to career attainment. LaunchNW partners with over 90 organizations embedded in the communities where our children learn and grow.
Whether you’re an individual or a business, you can help families complete the FAFSA and expand access to education. Together, we can increase opportunities for our students and shape a stronger future for our region.
Organizations that offer youth activities are invited to share their opportunities on the Engage In Real Life website. Join our city-wide initiative to keep kids engaged and thriving.

Rural Communities
For students, place has impact. It can create opportunities, while also posing barriers for success. LaunchNW is committed to meeting the post-high school access needs of all in our region. In pursuit of this mission, LaunchNW is already expanding beyond Spokane County into the communities of Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
